EDFA & Instruments

Alnair Erbium Doped Fiber Amplifier (EDFA) provides low cost benchtop amplifier solutions or designs capable of combining high gain (50 dB) with low noise figure (3.8 dB). The EFA-200C series is a compact, cost effective and low power consumption for output power ranging from 10 to 33 dBm, while the Ultra Low Noise Amplifier (LNA-220) is a specially designed Erbium doped fiber bench top amplifier which offers a very high gain factor and a near quantum limited noise figure with input signal as low as -50 dBm. The companion products of an Optical Multi Tester (OMT) and a Frequency Division Multiplexed Coherent OTDR round out their product offerings. Alnair also provides a Silicon wafer thickness sensor.
