DFB Lasers @ 1020 to 1192 nm

QDLaser offers single frequency (MHz) DFB lasers in NIR region. These DFB lasers can be used in WDM Combs in wavelengths ranging from 1020 nm to 1192 nm with spacing as small as 0.2 nm. Gain Switched pulses as small as 15 ps can be generated at λ=1030nm or 1064 nm for repetition rate from kHz to GHz. QDLaser also offers 1) a monolithic DFB-Semiconductor Optical Amplifier (SOA) butterfly module delivering 100mW of output power and 2) A Gain Chip on submount (COS) with an optical bandwidth of 43 nm.

DFB Lasers & WDM Combs

QLD1×6x Lasers are single mode DFB lasers with 30 to 50 mW output power for wavelengths from 1020 to 1192nm. The QLD1x6P laser is a high power DFB with pulsed peak power up to 400mW. These lasers are mounted in a standard 14pin butterfly package with an optical isolator and with a polarization-maintaining optical fiber (PMF). These DFB lasers show excellent single mode stability and are suitable for both CW and short pulsed operations. QDLaser is also able to provide a Wavelength Division Multiplexer (WDM) DFB Laser Combs for your specific wavelength window.

DFB/SOA, High Speed DFB, Gain Chip & COS

QDLaser produces the QLA1x61-xxA0 modules, which is a monolithic chip of a DFB laser and a SOA It finds it use as a seeder laser incoherent and sensing applications. This High fiber output power >100mW laser is available at 1064, 1122 and 1188nm. The QLF101A-AA is a 1060-nm band gain chip suitable for a wide-band tunable light source which features a 43 nm tuning band. Laser Chip on Submount (COS) are available for wavelength ranges from 1020 to 1190 nm.
